Training Programme Application

This is a Microsoft Access application. You will either need the full version of MS Access or you can download the runtime from the Microsoft Web Site.

This application is a database that allow you to prepare and store the Unit training program and allows it to be printed out in a number of formats. 

The main menu is shown below:

As you can see, it is possible to tailor the days on which your unit parades, the class titles, the class locations, the staff and syllabus items. I have included all of the Part 1 syllabus items and some specialisations. You can add whatever else you need.

Once you have set up all of the details you can then plan the program from a single page using drop down lists. The entry page is shown below:

Once planned, it is possible to produce printouts for the main deck or summary sheets for the Wardroom / staff. The beauty of this application is that it removes the time consuming part of training program preparation so you can concentrate on the program content rather than it's production.
